JOB DUTIES:
· Managing full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Processing invoices from vendors including reconciling purchasing orders.
· Debiting, crediting, and reconciling accounts on spreadsheets and databases.
· Thorough and grammatically correct correspondence.
· Daily record-keeping, organization, and filing of documents.
· Perform accurate research and analysis on assigned tasks.
· Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and all supporting documents
· Assist monthly accounting close
· Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements
· Other assignments as requested
EXPERIENCE:
· At least 5 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
· At least 5 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
· Must have at least 2 years of professional Quickbooks experience
· Strong computer skills with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
· Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
· Highly organized and meticulously detailed oriented required.
· Excellent common sense with a passion to work
· Good team player
